PARKING ALTERNATIVES:
Knowing the exent of traffic congestion around all WVU campuses as well as the lack of parking, WVU has created a series of programs that will provide a variety of options for those traveling to campus.
Mountain Line Bus Service Ride the Mountain Line to campus and around Morgantown. It’s free and convenient. Go to www.busride.org for more information.
PRT Students, Faculty, and Staff have free access to the WVU’s unique PRT system. The general public can ride for $.50 per trip.

C. Coliseum Parking: Students, Faculty, Staff, and Visitors can park their cars at the Coliseum for free every day. Overnight parking is restricted.

Garages 1.University Avenue Garage – On University Avenue at Fayette Street and one block from the Walnut Station PRT 2.Spruce Street Garage – Next to the Morgantown Public Safety Building at Spruce and Walnut and two blocks from the Walnut Station PRT 3.Wharf District Garage – On the north edge of the Wharf District on Don Knotts Boulevard and next to the Caperton Trail
Pay Surface Lots The City of Morgantown has numerous surface parking lots throughout the Downtown area.
