Students, faculty and staff with a valid WVU ID card can travel all over Morgantown for free by bus using the Mountain Line Transit. Additionally, students living in certain apartment complexes can travel to and from campus using their apartment shuttle.
Mountain Line Transit

These apartment complexes provide shuttle services for their residents and make stops on campus. Some shuttle stops may not have shelters to accommodate students during inclement weather, so please come prepared. For more information on the shuttle routes, contact your apartment complex directly.
College Park
Monday-Sunday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
One shuttle runs every 15 minutes and stops at Ming Hsieh Hall.
Northside Hills
Monday-Sunday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Two shuttles run every 40 minutes and stop at Life Sciences, Mountaineer Station,
Engineering and the Evansdale McDonald's.
The Lofts
Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Two shuttles run every half hour.
Monday-Friday: 4 to 8 p.m.
One shuttle runs every hour.
The shuttle stops at Life Sciences, Mountaineer Station and Evansdale Crossing.
The LoftsDomain at Town Centre
Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
This shuttle stops at Life Sciences, Mountaineer Station and Evansdale Crossing.
It also runs during most home football and basketball games.
The Ridge
Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This shuttle runs at the top of every hour and stops at Life Sciences, Mountaineer
Station and Evansdale Crossing.
Mountain Valley
Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
This shuttle runs at the top of every hour and stops at Life Sciences, Mountaineer
Station, Evansdale Crossing and Towers.
Bus Coverage During PRT Downtime
Direct bus service will be provided for the portion of the system that is temporarily out of service. If there is a long-term outage, announcements will be communicated on WVU's Twitter and Facebook accounts, U-News, E-News, Information Stations and other media outlets across campus.
Bus coverage runs between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Buses don’t run on the weekends, unless there’s a WVU football game. Check the Transportation and Mountain Line websites for more travel options.
