State Vehicle Driver Training

WVU and WVU Research Corp. employees who drive a state-owned vehicle are required to complete annual training and acknowledgment of the Governor’s Administrative Policy to ensure that WVU remains compliant with state regulations. Please ensure that the following trainings are completed by Oct. 4, 2024. If you have any questions, contact Keith Pyles at kpyles2@mail.wvu.edu.

Enroll in eCampus Driver Safety Training

Follow these instructions to access the eCampus course:

1. Go to ecampus.wvu.edu.
2. Click the Login button. Log in to eCampus with your WVU email address and password and complete two-factor authentication.
3. Click Courses in the left task bar.
4. Click the Course Catalog button in the top-right of the page.
5. Enter "EHS Driver Safety 2024" in the Search Catalog field and click Go.
6. Hover your mouse over the Course ID LA.EHS_Driver_Safety_2024, click the down arrow and select Enroll.
7. Enter "24vWVEV7" in the Access Code field and click Submit.
8. You will be presented with a confirmation page. Click OK at the bottom of the page to be taken to the course.

Acknowledge the Governor's Administrative Policy

Vehicle drivers are required to be familiar with all rules, policies and programs related to state-owned vehicle use. Review the Governor's Administrative Policy and then confirm your compliance by completing the acknowledgement form.
