State Vehicle Driver Training

WVU and WVU Research Corp. employees who drive a state-owned vehicle are required to complete annual training and acknowledgment of the Governor’s Administrative Policy to ensure that WVU remains compliant with state regulations. eCampus Driver Safety Training

Follow these instructions to access the eCampus course:

1. Go to ecampus.wvu.edu.
2. Click the Login button. Log in to eCampus with your WVU email address and password and complete two-factor authentication.
3. Click Courses in the left task bar.
4. Click the Course Catalog button in the top-right of the page.
5. Enter "EHS Driver Safety 2025" in the Search Catalog field and click Go.
6. Hover your mouse over the Course ID LA.EHS_Driver_Safety_2025, click the down arrow and select Enroll.
7. Enter "Fehifrlf" in the Access Code field and click Submit to access the course.

Acknowledge the Governor's Administrative Policy

Vehicle drivers are required to be familiar with all rules, policies and programs related to state-owned vehicle use. Review the Governor's Administrative Policy and then confirm your compliance by completing the acknowledgement form.
