Beginning Saturday, Dec. 17, the West Virginia University Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) will be closed during winter break. The PRT will reopen at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 9.
Additionally, some Mountain Line routes will operate on adjusted schedules during the break.
- Campus PM (Route 1) will not operate from Thursday, Dec. 15 through Sunday, Jan. 8.
- West Run (Route 30) will end service at 5:10 p.m. from Monday, Dec. 19, through Friday, Jan. 6.
- West Run Late Night (Route 30) will not operate from Thursday, Dec. 15 through Sunday, Jan. 8.
- Beechurst Express (Route 39) will not operate from Monday, Dec. 19 through Sunday, Jan. 8.
- On Saturday, Dec. 24, there will be no local Mountain Line bus service after 6 p.m. for any route.
- On Sunday, Dec. 25 and Sunday, Jan. 1, there will be no local Mountain Line bus service for any route.
- On Saturday, Dec. 31, the Downtown PM Mall (Route 2) bus will run until 12:20 a.m. All other local routes will end service at 6 p.m.
Other Mountain Line routes will operate as scheduled throughout the break, and all adjusted routes will resume regular service on Monday, Jan. 9.
Finally, the WVU Parking Management office will be closed from Friday, Dec. 23 through Monday, Jan. 2. The office will resume normal hours of operation (Monday through Friday, from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.) on Tuesday, Jan. 3.
