To aid WVU Career Services as they host prospective employers for the STEM and Agriculture and Natural Sciences Career and Internship Fairs, some short-term parking lots on the Evansdale area of campus will be closed.
Wednesday, Sept. 13: There will be limited parking available at parking lot ST-4 at the Rec Center. All other lots will be open for parking as normal.
Thursday, Sept. 14: The following parking lots will be closed:
- ST-1 at the Art Museum
- ST-4 at the Rec Center
- ST-9 at Evansdale Crossing
However, to make up for this loss of parking, the Parking Management and Career Services teams are partnering to provide free parking at the Coliseum while these lots are closed. This offer is valid on Thursday (Sept. 14) only. No action is needed to utilize this free parking.
Students can also ride the PRT and Mountain Line buses for free with a valid WVU ID.
Normal parking lot access will resume on Friday, Sept. 15. We appreciate your patience and understanding as WVU works to provide support for students seeking jobs and internships.
