To aid WVU Career Services as they host prospective employers for upcoming career fairs, some short-term parking lots on the Evansdale area of campus will be closed.
Wednesday, January 31:
The following parking lots will be closed:
- ST-4 at the Rec Center
- ST-9 at Evansdale Crossing
However, to make up for this loss of parking, the Parking Management and Career Services teams are partnering to provide free parking in the upper lot of the Coliseum. Due to the home men’s basketball game later that night, parking availability will be very limited, and vehicles must be moved by 2:30 p.m. Vehicles that have not been moved by this time risk being towed.
Thursday, Feb. 1:
The following parking lots will be closed:
- ST-4 at the Rec Center
- ST-9 at Evansdale Crossing
However, to make up for this loss of parking, the Parking Management and Career Services teams are partnering to provide free parking at the Coliseum while these lots are closed.
Alternative parking options are available throughout these closures. Students can also ride the PRT and Mountain Line buses for free with a valid WVU ID.
