On Monday, April 7, at 9 a.m., the WVU Parking Management Office will begin selling student parking permits for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Students can purchase a permit online by visiting the Parking Portal. Select “Get Permits” and log in with your WVU credentials.
Permits will be available for all three areas of campus on a first-come, first-served basis. They are valid for one year from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026.
To be eligible to purchase a permit, students must not have any unpaid parking citations on their account. Incoming freshmen students cannot purchase a permit until they have registered for classes and completed New Student Orientation.
For any questions about the permit process, call the Parking Management Office at 304-293-5502. The office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
